31/05/2006 Categories & RecipeI'm trying to make a categories list but can't figure it out. I'm sure it's easy as pie, but sometimes I have a "blonde moment" (LOL Debbie!!).
I made these cookies yesterday and they turned out very well.
Macadamia White Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 C. butter or margarine, softened
1 1/2 C. granulated sugar
1/2 C. brown sugar (packed)
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 C. flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 12 oz. package white chocolate chips
1 1/2 C. chopped macadamia nuts
Preheat oven to 350*.
Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Blend in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in white chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking pans. Bake for 10-12 mins.
Makes approx. 6 dozen cookies
